Ayden’s Homegrown Flowers – Edinburg, Ohio

Hey there! I’m Ayden Pettigrew, the face behind Ayden’s Homegrown Flowers! I started my little cut flower farm here in Edinburg, Ohio in 2023 with one big goal, to grow gorgeous flowers for my wedding in October 2025. What began as a dream quickly blossomed into a huge passion, and it’s been the most amazing journey so far!

In 2024, my best friend since preschool, Mackenzie Wood, and I teamed up to create Bakery and Blooms bringing together beautiful flowers and homemade baked goods to share at local farmers markets and at my family’s store, Pettigrew Feed and Hardware. Our first year was better than we ever could have imagined, and we are SO excited to keep the dream going!

While I absolutely love growing all kinds of flowers, I have a special soft spot for dahlias. This year, I’ll have even more varieties to offer, and I’m saving up for a greenhouse so I can have fresh flowers year-round (and maybe even start a flower subscription club — stay tuned!).

When I’m not in the garden, you’ll find me studying pre-dental in college, working toward my next big dream of becoming a dentist. Life is busy, a little crazy, but so full of good things and I’m so thankful for every minute!
